Garden Circle is a calm, friendly place for gardeners of all ages. We take safeguarding seriously and work hard to protect everyone in our community — particularly vulnerable adults and anyone new to online communities.
Our commitment
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful environment. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment, hateful conduct, exploitation, or any behaviour that puts a member at risk.
Who can join
You must be 16 or older to use Garden Circle. We do not knowingly allow accounts for under-16s. If you believe a child is using the service, please contact us right away.
Reporting a concern
If you see content or behaviour that worries you — including anything that may put a person at risk of harm — please use the report button on the post or message, or email hello@gardencircle.co.uk. We review every report.
Urgent help
If you or someone else is in immediate danger in the UK, please call 999. For non-emergency police, call 101. The Samaritans are available 24/7 on 116 123.
Our team
Our moderation team reviews reports promptly and may remove content, restrict accounts, or escalate to the relevant authorities where necessary.
