- Is Garden Circle free?
- Yes. Garden Circle is free to use, with no subscriptions or paywalls.
- Do I need an account to look around?
- You can browse public posts without signing in. To post, comment, save plants or use Plant ID you'll need a free account.
- How accurate is Plant ID?
- Plant ID gives a confidence score with every result. It is very helpful as a starting point, but always double-check before eating any plant or using it medicinally.
- How do I delete my account?
- Email support@gardencircle.app from the address you signed up with and we will remove your account and content.
- Can I use Garden Circle on my phone?
- Yes. Garden Circle works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
- Who can see my private journal and reminders?
- Only you. My Garden content is private unless you choose to share it as a post.
- Is the advice UK-specific?
- Yes. Seasonal tips, weather summaries and plant guides are written for UK gardeners.
- Why was my post removed?
- We remove content that breaks our Community Guidelines. If you think a removal was a mistake, please contact us.
